This is a great original Biba eye pencil.
They was released when they started doing makeup in the late 60s to early 70s. They came in very few colours but the colours they did come in was bold statement colours! The tips are large and perfect for doing thick lines around your eyes! Each one had their own name to go with the colour! This one was called * OUTSHINE* and is a gold colour.
Great item and perfect for any Biba collection - or makeup collection.
Please note i own the last remaining Biba bankrupt makeup stock but sadly items are running low, so if you see something you love i suggest buying it straight away as once they have gone i sadly cant get them again!
