This is an amazing dress.
Dating from the late 30's early 40's this is an original black lace and rose satin dress.
It features short sleeves with gathered stitched cuffs, v-shape neckline with satin trim going down the center of the bust. The bodice is made from a fine black rose lace which is unlined.
It has a fitted waistband with full cut skirt gathered along the waistline. Its had a zip put in at some point of its life which is a chunky gold metal one so could be changed to hook and eyes or a smaller zip.
The print is this amazing abstract rose in pale pink and rich red tones.
This is a fab dress and looks amazing on, it is in good strong wearable condition with only minor marks in places and one small hole in the lace.
Perfect for that original Deco look!
