This is a fun item!
Original 1973/74 Big biba novelty pen. Made by Jolly Joker these where sold on the logo department in Big Biba and feature a large black plastic body with silver tip and push end clip. The ink has dried up but I'm sure you could easily replace the cartridge.
These look great displayed with other biba items or used on a desk
